
Precautions for Zhongshan granulator

1、 Precautions
1. Zhongshan granulator should run forward; Avoid reversing.
2. Zhongshan granulator is prohibited from idling without load. It must be heated and charged before operation to avoid adhesion (vertical).
3. Iron and other sundries are prohibited from entering the inlet and vent of Zhongshan granulator. In order to avoid unnecessary accidents and affect the safety and normal production.
2、 Precautions during use of Zhongshan granulator
1. Pay attention to the temperature change of the fuselage at any time. When touching the cotton sliver with clean hands instead of hands, heat it immediately. It is normal until the strip touches the hand.
2. When the bearing of the reducer is burnt or accompanied with noise, it should be closed for timely maintenance and refueling.
3. When the bearing parts at both ends of the main engine room are hot or noisy, they should be shut down for maintenance and filled with butter. During normal operation, add grease between bearings every 5-6 days.
4. Pay attention to find out the operation rules of the machine; For example, if the temperature of the machine is high or low, and the speed is fast or slow, it can be handled in time according to the situation.
5. When the fuselage is unstable, pay attention to check whether the clearance between the couplings is too tight and loosen it in time.
3、 Operation method for first startup
1. Before starting the machine, please preheat for about 40 or 50 minutes. Raise the temperature until the motor V-belt is freely pulled by hand; Pull eight to ten times continuously in the normal working direction. Then continue heating for ten minutes, and then turn on the machine, but continue heating, because normal production needs to continue to increase heat; Adjust different temperatures according to different characteristics of plastics.
2. When the Zhongshan granulator works normally, the temperature of the machine should be stable and should not suddenly rise or fall. The temperature of the head should be kept at about 200 ℃ near the vent hole (please refer to Materials C and B).
3. The feeding shall be uniform without lack of materials. Otherwise, the quality and output of particles will be affected.
